The .pr domain from a historic perspective, taking into account the principal technological ideas that are sustaining the domain such as: Local Networks, DNS, Anycast technology, DNS-SEC (and his relation to public key cryptography), watermarking (and his relation to Frequency Hoop Codes). The current relationship between the .pr domain and other professional organizations such as ICANN, ARIN, IEEE, LACTLD, and others. Current .pr domain project areas such as Puerto Rico Internet Exchange, and the Cyberlaw (Puerto Rico Senate project 1205).
